LEDs

Marktech represents both Toshiba and Cree LEDs in North America. We offer a wide range of LEDs including High Flux, Thru-hole, P4 and Surface Mount packages in a variety of wavelengths and viewing angles. With over 25 years of experience in the LED industry let our technical sales and engineering staff help you find the right LED for your application.

Photo Sensors

Incorporating III-V and Silicon based materials, Marktech’s Series of IR emitters and detectors operate at wavelengths between 770 and 950nm and are available in T1, T13/4, and Surface Mount packaging. These devices are suited for a variety of sensing applications including smoke detectors, IR spotlights for cameras, and remote control devices.

InP Materials

Indium Phosphide (InP) material is especially noted for its high operating speeds, low noise, low voltage and high reliability. The industry is shifting from traditional materials such as Galluim Arsenide (GaAs) to the next generation of high speed circuits using InP. InP is used in both photonic and electronic applications.

LED Drivers

Marktech Optoelectronics is the exclusive value-added reseller for Toshiba Constant Current LED Drivers in North America. Toshiba's High performance constant current LED drivers are designed to produce superior illumination in full-color LED modules and LED panels.
