EZBright® LED Chips

EZBright® LED chips provide high-intensity light output with a Lambertian radiation pattern, making them ideal for general illumination and automotive lighting. Featuring 1360+ mW at 450 nm performance with a 3.0V typical forward voltage, these chips are vertically structured and tested for optical and electrical conformity.

Applications

Outdoor illumination, projection displays, and mobile flash.

 

SA1000™ LED Chips

SA1000™ LED chips are designed for high-intensity general illumination and automotive lighting. They feature Direct Attach™ technology, with 510+ mW at 450 nm performance and a 2.9V typical forward voltage at 350 mA. The bondpad-down design enables eutectic die attach, which improves both thermal management and system reliability.

Applications

Headlamps, fog lamps, and daytime running lights for automotive, as well as chip-on-board (COB) arrays for general lighting.

 

SA1150 Direct Attach™ LED Chips

Cree LED’s Direct Attach™ SA1150™ LED chips deliver cutting-edge solid-state LED technology, optimized for general illumination and automotive exterior applications. These chips are part of a broad portfolio that includes advanced SD™, SR™, EZBright®, and SA1000™ LED chips, all designed to provide superior performance and flexibility across a range of industries.

Key Features of the SA1150 LED Chips:

Headlamps, fog lamps, and daytime running lights for automotive, as well as chip-on-board (COB) arrays for general lighting.

SR™ LED Chips

The SR™ LED chips are ultra-compact, high-efficiency emitters, perfect for indicators, gaming, and video displays. With 60 μm bonding areas and 110 μm chip thickness, these chips offer radiant flux performance of 6.0+ mW at 450 nm and are ideal for RGB and white-converted packaging.

Applications

Indicators for automotive, gaming, medical/industrial, and wearable devices.
