INSTRUCTIONS:

1. You Must Be Qualified For Samples.
2. Browse LED Products, Find The Button "Sample" or "Order Sample"
3. Once Part Number Is In The Box On The Left Text Box, Add "Add Part To Sample Cart" Button
4. You Are Allowed 5 Samples Per Order.
5. Once You Are Finished With All Your Sample Parts Please Click, "Go To Checkout"
6. Fill Out The Customer Information, And Click The "Submit Sample Order" Button.
7. Your Finished, You Should Receive An Email Shortly.
