Now in our 25th year Marktech is both a manufacturer of led assemblies and finished products and a distributor for both Toshiba and Cree. Originally founded as a value added reseller (VAR) for Toshiba in 1985, Marktech achieved the distinction of becoming Toshiba's North American VAR in 1991 this was followed up by being named the exclusive VAR for their line of led IC Drivers in 1997.
In 2004 Marktech began manufacturing operations in China specializing in both led assemblies and finished products (see assembly link). In addition in 2007 Marktech was named a Cree led Lighting Solution Provider. Be it manufacturing or value added distribution Marktech's only business is optoelectronics.
Located outside of Albany, NY Marktech is a full service engineering, design and testing house. We specialize in providing solutions for challenging led designs, assemblies and manufacturing issues for our customers.
